By entering Maya Lounge, you agree to comply with the following rules and any reasonable instructions given by our management and door staff.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, Maya Lounge reserves the right to carry out security checks upon entry.
Any prohibited or dangerous items may result in refusal of entry.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission where necessary to maintain the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
Maya Lounge operates a strict 21 and over policy.
Guests may be required to present a valid physical photographic ID upon request.
Failure to provide valid identification will result in refused entry.
Smart casual dress is required.

Management reserves the right to determine appropriate attire.
We ask all guests to respect our staff, fellow customers and neighbouring residents.
Aggressive, abusive, threatening or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
Guests who fail to comply may be removed from the premises without refund.
Maya Lounge operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs.
Any guest found using or possessing illegal substances will be removed immediately and the appropriate authorities may be notified.
Weapons or dangerous items of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Anyone found carrying such items will be refused entry or removed immediately, and the police may be contacted.
CCTV operates throughout Maya Lounge for the safety of our guests and staff.
Recorded footage may be shared with the relevant authorities where legally required.
All advance reservations include a maximum table time of 3 hours.
Walk-in guests are welcome and, subject to availability, are allocated a maximum stay of 2 hours.
Online bookings are allocated 3 hours.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.
Late arrivals may result in your table being released to other guests.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Reservations requiring a deposit are only confirmed once payment has been received.
Deposits are deducted from your final bill.
Deposits are non-refundable for:
Birthday cakes are welcome.
A £3.50 per person cake service charge applies.
Please notify us before your visit if you intend to bring a cake.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
The only exception is pre-approved celebration cakes.
Free on-site parking is available, subject to availability.
Upon arrival, please speak to a member of our door team, who will direct you to the designated parking area.
Private hire is available for birthdays, corporate events, celebrations and special occasions.
For bookings of more than six guests, please contact our reservations team before booking.
The person making the reservation is responsible for settling the final bill.
A maximum of one card payment per table is accepted.
A reservation does not guarantee entry.
Management and door staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest where reasonably necessary, including where a guest:
